Cue works with businesses through a few different paths — from one focused Clarity Session to targeted implementation or a full business reset. This page shows you the range, so you can see where you might fit.
Every engagement still begins with Clarity so we can confirm we're solving the right problem before implementation starts.
The diagnostic front door. We start with what's actually happening in your business, identify what's getting in the way, and map the next move. You leave with direction — whether or not you hire Cue for anything after that.
The $197 buys clarity, not a sales pitch. Cue helps you understand what is actually happening in your business, what deserves attention first, and what the next right move should be. After the session, Cue reviews your conversation and your custom Clarity Form and prepares your Clarity Review: what Cue sees, what appears to be working, what's creating friction, what matters most right now, and what Cue recommends addressing first. Your Clarity Review is valuable whether you implement the recommendations yourself, take them to your existing team, or continue working with Cue. Further implementation is optional and scoped separately, and nothing is held back to sell you more.
For when you already know the specific problem. Each stands on its own — none of these only exist inside a bigger package.
A strategic diagnosis of what's working, what isn't, and what may be hurting conversion. Not a sales pitch for a rebuild — yours to use however you choose.
Clarifies who the business is actually for, why that customer buys, how to position the business, and how to communicate it.
Pricing that reflects the actual value, offer structure, costs, and positioning of the work — not a guess, not a race to the bottom.
Turns your way of working into something documented, repeatable, teachable, and scalable.
A website built around the actual business, customer, structure, copy, and positioning — not a generic template.
Business workflows and automations built around how the business actually operates — intake, follow-up, rebooking, communication, lead handling, and related systems.
Purpose-built AI support for one clearly defined responsibility — follow-up, communication, organization, research, or content support. More complex integrations, multi-system workflows, or expanded responsibilities are scoped separately.
Each bundle groups services that naturally work together. Final scope is based on what your business actually needs.
Clarity finds what the business needs. Implementation is a separate decision — and beyond the individual services and bundles above, it's scoped to the need once that need is understood, not sold as one blanket package.
We don't send you away to figure out everything we just recommended. If Cue can reasonably handle the work, we can scope it and help carry it forward — one step at a time, so you're never trying to repair the whole business at once.
Guided implementation moves one focused step at a time. Cue identifies the priority and sends you one next step through a Cue Action Step Form — covering the information or action only you can provide. You complete your part, Cue reviews it before determining or carrying out the next step, and then we review what changed and decide the next right move. How it works →
Examples, not a promise that every engagement includes all of them.
The thinking, research, analysis, drafting, system design, workflows, setup, documentation, forms, scripts, messaging, digital assets, software, and other implementation work connected to the project.
The things only the owner can provide: missing information, approvals, decisions, signatures, payments, account permissions, legal attestations, and any physical or personal action.
Once you've completed the piece only you can complete, Cue reviews it and the work comes back to Cue — to carry out or to determine the next right step.
Clear direction. One step at a time. You don't have to fix everything at once.
Software built around your business — not the other way around.
Your business shouldn't have to twist itself around generic software. Cue designs and builds custom business software around the way your company actually works.
That may include internal dashboards, client portals, workflow systems, custom CRMs, intake and analysis tools, AI-assisted business tools, project or case-management systems, reporting dashboards, specialized internal applications, and other software designed around a specific business need.
We don't start with software. We start with the business. Cue first identifies the workflow, decisions, bottlenecks, information, and structure the system needs to support. Then we build the technology around it.
These are examples, not a fixed menu.
The business, as it actually runs today.
The workflow the system needs to support.
The system around that workflow — not the reverse.
Build, test, deploy, and refine it with you.
Scope depends on workflow complexity, number of users, integrations, automation, and AI capabilities involved — so this isn't priced like a fixed service. It starts with a Clarity Session, not a quote.
Before we build anything, we make sure we're solving the right problem.
Sometimes the thing you called about is real — and it's also just the symptom. The Business Reset Intensive is how Cue looks across the whole business to find the gap between how you believe it runs and what's actually happening.
Final investment depends on the depth of strategy, systems, and implementation required.
For an established business that doesn't just need one service. Cue steps in, looks across the whole business, and uses the combination of strategy, systems, website, workflow, automation, AI support, pricing, positioning, methodology, and client experience that this business actually needs — not a fixed checklist of everything Cue offers.
In practice, this can touch any part of how the business runs:
That's what the Clarity Session is for. We start with what's actually happening in your business, identify what's getting in the way, and map what should happen next.
